Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, depending on the brand:

  • Bodyfriend: Products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Haven & Harmony, Chicago Brick, and LuxCraft: Returns are accepted for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Window:
For brands eligible for returns, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

Return Method:
Returns must be sent by mail. A return label will be provided.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm the issue, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement.


Change of Mind Returns

If you're returning an item for personal reasons:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
