Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Inspired Spaces, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. That’s why we’ve made our returns and refunds process straightforward and hassle-free.
1. Return Time Frame:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 30-day period.
2. Shipping Costs:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the shipping costs to return it.
- For returns due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item is damaged or not functioning as expected, contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product at no additional cost. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
4. Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, you have 30 days to do so. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, excluding shipping fees.
5. Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment processors may take additional time to reflect the refund. If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@theinspiredspaces.com.
Restocking Fees:
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, depending on the specific situation.
