Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We are unable to accept returns after this period.

Return Method:
Returns must be sent by mail. A free return label will be provided for eligible returns.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days.
We’ll provide a free return label and instructions. After we receive and verify the issue, you’ll receive a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement.


Change of Mind Returns

If you're returning an item for personal reasons:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
