What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with any visible damage, including to the packaging, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the item at that moment, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should you receive a damaged product, kindly email photos to support@theinspiredspaces.com, and we’ll process a replacement or refund promptly—typically within one business day.
