A Mermaid, living in St. Pete". Debbie was born a Brooklyn girl but always dreamed of a life on the beach. After moving to Florida in the 1980's with her husband and two sons (who still own and operate the family business today), she spent her free time collecting seashells and making a home that was fun for her boys. It was the PLACE TO BE when they were growing up.
Everyone knew that she would make the best grandma to her kids and that she did! Spending lazy afternoons swimming, fishing, and encouraging them to use their imagination with all of her fairy houses scattered around her seashell garden.
She always dreamed and asked for a babbling brook in her backyard and while we haven't made that happen for her just quite yet, we did name our most beachiest swing bed after her.
With it's lattice design, The Debbie Swing Bed is perfect for any mermaid or (mermaid in training) to relax and string together a few shell necklaces while watching the sunset over the ocean horizon.

Could I buy just the Swing Bed frame without the mattress cushion?
YES. Make sure that whatever
mattress or foam you select is designed for outdoor use. Want a Hint? We give a nice discount if you buy the Swing Bed

Can I return my Swing Bed or cushion bundle if I don’t like it?
Each Swing Bed frame, Cushion
Bundle and Seasonal Cover is custom made to your order specifications, so we are unable to accept returns. Please
refer to our warranty and return guidelines for exceptions due to workmanship issues.

Where can I hang my Swing Bed?
Most people prefer to hang it on a covered porch, lanai or under
a structured pergola. Refer to our Swing Bed Fit Guide for tips and suggestions. The durability of our Swing Beds
and Cushion sets allows them to go anywhere. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed contractor prior to
installation to confirm a secure location.
How can I be sure the Swing Bed will fit in my space?
Taking a few measurements at the start and

How much clearance is typically needed for a Swing Bed?
The short answer is not much less than
15 inches all the way around.

What are Swing-Mate® brackets and springs?
This specially designed hardware offers an easy
option for both rope and chain hanging styles. The Swing-Mate® bracket is strong and comes woven onto the rope for
easy installation. The Swing-Mate® Deluxe comes with the bracket and heavy-duty spring. The Deluxe is designed to give
additional comfort to our Chain Hanging Kits.

Your design style and preference will determine which is
the better choice for your swing bed.
Shipping
How is my Swing Bed delivered?
The shipping method will depend on what is included in your
order. Larger frames and cushions normally ship via LTL truck freight. When planning on accepting the delivery, keep
in mind that we don't currently offer final mile or white glove service. Most smaller frames and cushions will ship
via UPS Ground.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Arrangements can be made for
outside of the 48 but will require additional shipping and fees, depending on the location. Send us an email or give
us a call.
How will my Swing Bed be delivered?
The shipping method will depend on what is included in your
order. Large frames and cushions normally ship via LTL truck freight. You should be contacted by the carrier to make
an appointment for delivery. You should document any damage on the deliver receipt before signing. Also, if you refuse
the delivery due to significant damage, contact us immediately for replacement arrangements. Most smaller frames and
cushions will ship via UPS Ground.
Assembly
What do I need to assemble the Swing Bed?
We like to make things easy! We designed our frames so
that all you need is a large flat head screwdriver. Simple, right?
Cushions
Are your cushions durable for outside use?
Yes! We use Sunbrella fabrics, and they have a 5-year
warranty against fading. We also use the highest quality outdoor rated foam along with marine grade thread and
zippers. All designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions and active lifestyles.
Can the cushion covers be cleaned?
Yes! All of our cushions come with marine grade zippers so
the covers can be removed and laundered. Hint: Covers should be air-dried.
Are your pillow inserts made for outdoor living?
Yes! Our pillow and bolster inserts are filled
with outdoor rated poly-fill and designed to meet any active lifestyle.
What seat mattress thickness should I order?
We have found the ideal thickness depends on the
size and your preference, but typically people order 4 inch or 5 inch for crib size and 6 inch or 7 inch for twin
size.
